Founded in 2011 by licensed architect Devin Moreau, we are a full-service boutique architecture firm based in the South Bay area of Los Angeles.  As a South Bay Los Angeles Architect and resident, Devin received his Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo and his Master's Degree in Business from California State University in Long Beach.  Moreau Architects was featured on a local show called 'This is LA' which airs on Saturday mornings on CBS (channel 2 in Los Angeles).  Check out the condensed version on YouTube.

Our services include, but are not limited to: Architecture, Design, Planning, and Consulting for the  Residential, Commercial, and Healthcare industries.  We are committed to enriching the built environment of Southern California 

As a client, you will be treated with the utmost professionalism and undivided attention during all phases of your project. From concept to completion we will work side by side with you navigating your way through design and construction as well as working closely with authorities having jurisdiction over the project.  We manage the design and permitting process for you.  We can also provide a contract for construction and manage the entire construction as the one point of contact from start (design) to finish (turnkey construction).  This has been requested over the years and is highly recommended.  Especially for those unfamiliar with the construction process as it can be daunting, time-consuming, and stressful for Owners and clients.  We communicate directly with the contractor as your agent.  Reviewing applications for payment and confirming the work stated is completed and built per the approved design intent.
